The Diploma in Applied Ministry is an 8-course, online, self-paced program built for practical, applied ministry training. It was designed with pastors and bivocational pastors in mind — but anyone who feels called to grow in ministry is welcome to enroll.

How was this content developed?
This program was developed under the oversight of Dr. Adam Hughes, who currently teaches at a seminary and has served as a local pastor for many years. Every course is centered on the teaching of Adrian Rogers.
How long does it take to complete this program?
Most students complete the program in about two academic semesters. Because it's entirely online and self-paced, you're free to move through the material on whatever schedule works for you. We estimate it will take less than a year to complete.
Can women sign up for this program?
Yes — this program is open to anyone who feels called to take it. Two of the eight courses focus specifically on preaching and sermon development, but every course is open and welcome to all students.
Will I receive an actual diploma from this program?
Upon completion, you'll receive a signed certificate from Love Worth Finding. This program is not currently accredited by a seminary — it's designed as practical, applied ministry training built on Adrian Rogers' teaching, not as a substitute for a full seminary degree.
Is this program offered in other languages?
Currently, the program is only available in English. Since coursework includes assignments, moderator check-ins, and discussion, students need to be comfortable communicating in English to complete it.
