1. What forms of payment do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

2. How do I pay with a check or money order?
You may print the order form and mail to LWF at P.O. Box 38300, Memphis, TN 38183-0300.


Your check must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Also, your check must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (imprinted on the bottom of your check).

3. Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. With the significant increase in charges levied by the U.S. Postal Service in May 2007, LWF has found it necessary to begin charging a small fee for those services on all of our shipments. We want to ensure that we can continue to provide you resources in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! A 10% special handling fee is added to your order, plus any applicable fees imposed by customs in your country. Also, all bankcards are processed in U.S. Dollars.

5. How do I place an overnight or rush order?

6. What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
If you do not receive confirmation by email, please call 1.800.274.5683 and speak with one of our ministry service representatives.

7. How can I check on the status of my order?

8. Will you share my information with anyone else?
No. LWF values your privacy and will not share your information.

10. What are your customer service hours?
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. cst.

11. Do I pay tax on my order?
Tennessee residents add 9.25%.

12. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We use USPS for normal orders, which usually take 7-21 business days to process, ship, and arrive, depending upon the shipping destination.  For expedited shipping, please call us at 1-800-274-5683.
