Are you receiving an error on the donation page?

We are aware of several common issues you may be having when using or viewing our donation pages.  If none of these apply to your situation, please email us at webhelp@lwf.org with the details of your problem and we will be happy to look into it for you.  We appreciate your patience and support.

• There was a problem processing your request
  
  This error occurs when a field in the form has been filled out improperly or the value is invalid.  If you look over the form, you will see a red X box to the right of any field that has an error, along with the requirements of that field.
  
  

• The form is blank after selecting a dollar amount, or there is a large blank space in the form
  
  There is a compatibility issue with the platform the website is hosted on and Internet Explorer version 9.  To correct this problem, you can go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, select "Compatibility View", and reload the page.  Alternatively, if you drag the side scroll bar to the bottom you will see the rest of the form.
