Where do I find...
Why do I need to pick a new password? Why is my information not found?
In November of 2015, Love Worth Finding Ministries launched a new website. For technical reasons, we only transferred the information of registrants with an active email address. If you had recently changed your email address, were not receiving email from LWF, or had issues with emails being delivered to your address then your information may not have transferred. We did our best to migrate all of our active users. Your email address is now your username, and for security reasons we have never known your password (nor will we in the future).
You can visit the Log In page and select the yellow button that says "Set your password from your previous account?" to see if your information is on file with us. For privacy reasons, an email with further instructions will be sent to the email address you shared with us. If we don't have your information, we hope you will register with LWF to take advantage of the new features and information on the website. Older profile information cannot be recovered.
How do I change my password?
If you are logged into the website, you can click your name on the user card that appears at the bottom of your screen. This will take you directly to editing your profile, where you can input a new password. You can also access your profile by visiting the Log In menu option and clicking the "Login to your account?" yellow button. You can see your current information here and click the "Edit Your Profile" button.
I forgot my username or password
Your username is the email address you provided to LWF when registering your account. If you cannot remember your password, visit the Log In menu option and select the "Login to your account?" yellow button. Below the username and password fields you can find a "Forgot Password" link. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
The link in the password reset email does not work
If you are attempting to reset your password from a business network, the link may appear broken in your browser due to a common network configuration problem. In your browser, add "http://www." without the quotes to the front of the link and it will work properly. If you continue to have problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I logout?
You can log out of the website by clicking the "Logout" link underneath your name on the user card that displays at the bottom of the page, or you can visit the Log In page, view your profile, and click the yellow "Logout" button that appears next to the "Edit your profile" button.
How do I sign up for the daily devotion or another email?
If you haven't registered with the LWF website, you can create a profile and select which emails you want to receive. If you have registered, edit your profile by visiting the Log In menu option, selecting "Login to your account?", and then click the "Edit Your Profile" button. At the bottom of your profile are three email selections.
How do I unsubscribe from email?
To unsubscribe from email via the website, edit your profile by visiting the Log In menu option, selecting "Login to your account?", and then click the "Edit Your Profile" button. At the bottom of your profile is a "remove all" button for emails, or you can unsubscribe an individual email subscription by unchecking the corresponding box.
Where do I find a message I heard on the radio or saw on television?
You can find the most recent messages on the front page; simply click any title to launch our media player. To find an older message, please visit our Broadcast Archives page for instructions. Radio and television messages are available online for up to a year after being aired.
I'm having trouble playing the messages
The media players and online messages are provided to LWF by OnePlace and LightSource, websites that host our online media as well as those of many other ministries. We do not have access to any of their systems to help with troubleshooting any problems. You can get help directly from their customer support by visiting OnePlace for help with the radio messages and LightSource for help with the television messages.
How can I download a radio message?
Messages can be downloaded via the media player or by subscribing to the podcast. Launch the media player by clicking on any message title on the homepage. Click the "download MP3" link, which will prompt you to register with OnePlace - a website that hosts our online media as well as those of many other ministries. Downloads are free. Visit our podcast page for more information on how to subscribe.
How can I download a television message?
Television messages can only be downloaded via the podcast, which is provided by LightSource - a website that hosts our online media as well as those of many other ministries.
Where can I order a message that I heard on the radio or saw on television?
To find any message, you can visit our broadcast calendar and click on the title of any message. A link to the message on CD or DVD is included in the description.
Where can I find where LWF airs in my area?
Visit our station finder and enter your zip code or city. You can specify radio or television and a number of miles to find hard-to-locate stations.
